贵州麻江引种蓝莓品质比较研究 被引量:13

摘要 以贵州麻江引种的8个蓝莓(Vaccinium corymbosum)品种为研究对象,分别对各品种果实的重量、大小、色泽等外观性状进行了分析,对总糖、总酸、花青素、无机元素等含量进行了测定,进而对果实的综合营养品质进行评价。结果表明MJ-XIII号果实外观性状较为优异;MJ-XII号果实营养价值较高。蓝莓是高钙、高钾果品,但在无机元素含量方面,各品种果实差异较大。 The eight introduced varieties of blueberry (Vaccinium corymbosum) in Majiang county of Guizhou province were studied. In order to evaluate the nutrient qualities of these introduced blueberries, the appearance qualities, including weight, size, color, the contents of total sugar, total acid, anthocyanin, and inorganic elements were determined respectively. The results showed the appearance quality of MJ-XIII was excellent, the fruit of MJ-XII was featured by its high nutritive value, the contents of K and Ca in blueberry were higher, but the inorganic element contents in various cuhivars were different.
