锥差式液压马达传动弧齿内锥齿轮模态研究

摘要 液压锥差传动机构主要用于低速、大转矩、易超载的场合。其中,用作减速的弧齿内锥齿轮外部激振力变化幅度大,有可能在额定转速内发生强烈的共振,致使齿轮过早出现疲劳破坏。基于用APDL语言自主开发的弧齿内锥齿轮建模系统建立了弧齿内锥齿轮的有限元模型,计算了具有不同腹板厚度和腹板孔的5个弧齿内锥齿轮的固有振动特性,归纳了几种基本齿轮低阶振型种类。结果表明:腹板厚度和腹板孔的大小、数量对弧齿内锥齿轮的固有频率、振型和振动应力均有影响。 Pyramidal difference hydraulic transmission machine is mainly used in low-speed, high torque and easy overload situ- ations. The internal spiral bevel gear used to slow down speed, may occur strong resonance and premature fatigue failure caused by sharply changed external excitation force. Five finite element models of the internal spiral bevel gear were established with different web thickness and web holes using self developed modeling system for spiral bevel gear. Then the natural vibration characteristics of the five gears were calculated and several basic lower order vibration modes were summarized. The result shows that the natural frequency, the vibration mode and the vibration stress of the internal spiral bevel gear are all affected by the web thickness, the size and number of the web holes.
