经济型母线料头加工机床的设计

Design of Economical Machine for Process of Head Material of Bus Bar

为了经济方便地加工母线料头,使其在形状和表面光洁程度上能满足应用要求,设计了一种基于单片机的母线料头专用数控加工机床,采用铣削加工的方法,将母线料头加工成光滑圆角形状。加工机床控制系统CPU基于AT89C52单片机,通过步进电机驱动器驱动两个步进电机实现直线圆弧插补,实际使用表明机床设计满足用户要求。

A microcontmller-based special CNC machine tool for economic and easy processing of head material of bus bar was designed, which made the shape and surface finish to meet the application requirements. By using milling method, the first material was processed into bus smooth rounded shape. The control system CPU of machine tool was based on AT89C52 Microcontroller Unit （ MCU）, and a straight line circular interpolation achieved through two stepper motors driven by stepper motor drivers. The actual ap- plication in the machine tool shows that user requirements are met by, the design.
