摘要 双螺杆压缩机螺杆成形铣刀设计计算过程中涉及到隐函数和三角函数等非线性方程,在现场实际应用中求解方程较为复杂而耗时,直接影响刀具设计的精度和效率。提出选取适当的数值求解方法来求解非线性方程已达到数字化设计铣刀的目的。以改进后的SRM型线为实例,应用Matlab进行快速准确的求解,得到一系列有效的离散点数据,以达到数字化表示刀具刃形的目的,方便采用AutoCAD或Pro/E绘制刀具结构图,是螺杆型面铣削刀具数字化设计的一种精确而快捷的方法。 In the design process of a twin-screw compressor's tool, solving equation is more complicated and time-consuming for practice application, due to involving nonlinear equation, such as implicit function and trigonometric functions, which directly affect the tool design precision and efficiency. The appropriate numerical solution methods for nonlinear equations were presented to realize digital design of milling cutter. Taking an improved SRM type line as an example, it was fast and accurately calculated by using Mat- lab, so a series of effective discrete points' data were gotten, to achieve the purpose of digitally showing the blade shape of tools, and to conveniently use AutoCAD or Pre/E to render tools. It is a precise and efficient way for designing milling tools to cut screw surface.
