摘要
针对永磁伺服系统速度调节器性能较差的问题,提出Ziegler-Nichols PI控制方法。介绍了控制器结构组成及从理论上分析了Ziegler-Nichols PI调节原理;通过大量的仿真实验,详细研究控制器参数对系统性能的影响,得到有关参数选取及控制器设计规律。结果表明,该方法具有较强的鲁棒性及自调节能力。
Aiming at the poor performance of the speed PI regulator in the permanent magnet servo system, Ziegler-Nichols PI control was proposed. Controller structure was introduced and Ziegler-Nichols adjusting principle was analyzed theoretically. Based on the simulation results, influence of the controller parameters on the system performances was studied, and rules of parameters selection and controller design were acquired. The results show that the proposed scheme has good robustness and auto-tuning capacity.
