摘要 针对数控机床的故障数据,采用极大似然法进行参数估计和柯尔莫哥洛夫-斯米尔洛夫法进行拟合校验,在此基础上得到了数控机床的数学期望值。基于多种可靠性指标对数控机床进行可靠性评价。采用TOPSIS方法对评价指标进行量纲为一的标准化处理。根据专家知识建立机床的评判等级,基于信息熵理论并融合专家经验确定机床各指标的综合权重,采用模糊理论进行单因素评判,最终得到数控机床的可靠性综合评价结果。 Aiming at the failure data of CNC machine tool, maximum likelihood method was used to estimating parameters and k-s method used to checking the fitness. On the base of it, CNC machine tool's mathematical expectation was gotten. CNC machine tool's reliability evaluation was done on the base of multiple reliability indexes. TOPSIS method was adopted for standardizing the evalu- ation index in one dimension. According to expert knowledge to set up machine tool's evaluation level, and based on entropy theory and fused with expert experiences, comprehensive weight of machine tool's index was determined. Single factor evaluation was done by fuzzy theory. Finally the results of machine tool's reliability comprehensive evaluation are gotten.
