摘要
结合实践,就如何做好五年制临床医学本科实习生导师,围绕学校和教学医院的支持以及导师自身心态、工作流程,介绍了本科生导师制的作用及其做法。
By relating to our practice, this paper discusses how to be a good tutor of a five-year program trainee of clinical medicine. It introduces the role and our practice of the undergraduate tutor system regarding support by medical colleges and teaching hospitals as well as work flow in tutors＇ own mindset and academic guidance.
