Investigation Report of Biogas Development in Shandong Province

调研小组于2009年底对山东省三个城市的大中型沼气工程的发展情况进行了抽样调研。此次调研内容囊括了沼气工程的建设基本概况;发酵过程相关工艺参数;"三沼"的生产和利用状况;工程运行管理及周边环境的调查。调查结果表明:工程投资与建设,政府在其中扮演了很重要的角色,部分工程政府起主导地位;单体容积大多在100 m3到500 m3之间,实际日产气量小于设计产气量,冬季产气率低;沼气工程类型单一,大部分依托畜禽养殖生产建设,处理畜禽废弃物依然是建设沼气工程的主要目的;冬季加热方式多采用燃煤加热,增加了工程的运行成本而且污染了环境;厌氧消化工艺以技术较成熟的CSTR和USR工艺为主;"三沼"没有充分利用,沼气主要是集中供气,沼渣、沼液多是免费供农户取用。工程整体技术含量低、经济效益差。

Sample investigation of biogas plants was conducted in three cities of Shandong province in 2009. The investiga- tion contents included the basic construction information, process parameters of biogas plant, the production and utilization of biogas and biogas digestate, operation and management, and surrounding environmental assessment etc. The results showed that the government contributed a very big portion of the overall project investment and construction. Generally, di- gester volume（monomer） were mainly between 100 m3 and 500m3, the actual gas production were lower than the designed, and it＇ s also lower in winter than that in other seasons. Most of biogas plants were built on livestock and poultry farms, and so treating of livestock and poultry waste is still the main purpose of the biogas project. Coal was used to heat the plants in winter which resulted in an increased cost and environment pollution. CSTR and USR are the main types of digester. Biogas and its digester have not yet been full used. Most of the biogas plants are of poor technical operation and economic benefits.
