The core equipment of styrene device is first and second dehydrogenation reactor,it is the import equipment which has been used for 15 years,There have been insufficient outflow of styrene and insufficient filler support strength.The structure characteristics,working principle,operation processof the second dehydrogenation reactor,etc,were analyzed in the paper,through the calculation,design and manufacturing technology solutions that the second dehydrogenation reactor replaced imported equipment was put forward.
