摘要
根据汽油机齿轮室盖的结构与尺寸的特点,进行材料性能、压铸工艺等分析,进行压铸机选择、压室参数的选择、浇注系统参数的选择,并基于UG7.0软件进行浇注系统、模具成型零件、推出系统、冷却系统等设计。设计出的压铸模,经过多次试模与修模,能铸造出合格的铸件,达到了设计的要求。
According to the characteristics of the structure and size of the gasoline engine gear room cover,material properties,die-casting process,etc were analyzed.And selected die-casting machine,pressure chamber parameter,gating system parameter,and pouring system,its molding parts,launch system,cooling system,etc.were designed based on UG7.0 software.The casting mold designed,after many tryout and die repair,can cast qualified casting and meet the design requirements.
