A test pen which can be used as a multi-purpose signal source,but also can measure the digital circuit logic state was designed,it has the following traits such as wide use,easy to carry,small volume,light weight,structure compact,simple operation etc.The test pen possessed adjustable output pulse,output single pulse or pulse sequence,logic level various functions,but also can realize instrument function self-check.The simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the design was correct and effective.
