浅析农村初中语文教学现状与对策

Analysis of situation and countermeasures of rural junior school chinese teaching

当前农村初中语文教学理想目标缺乏,现状令人担忧。存在着教师缺乏工作动力,上课随意性强,"听、说、读、写"训练不到位,没有启发性教学,课堂结构陈旧、不连贯紧凑,缺少思维训练,学生死记硬背等问题。教师要加强集体备课,理清教学思路,善于提问,借助各种资源,加强课堂互动,扭转提高课堂效率。

Now countryside junior middle school chinese teaching was lack of ideal goal,status quo was worried.Some questions were existed such as：the teachers were lack of motivation to work,attends class was optional,the training of ＂listen to,say,read,write,＂ was not in place,and so on.Teachers should strengthen collective preparation for teaching,clear up the teaching idea,be good at asking questions,with the aid of various resources,strengthen the classroom interaction,reverse and improve the classroom efficiency.
