摘要 为了实现对童车按照国际标准的测试要求进行测试,设计了童车多功能加载试验机。对该试验机所采用的模块化设计方法、控制的模式等进行研究。首先在对各国童车标准研读与分析的基础上,对各标准条款中的力加载部分进行整合,采用国际上先进的设计理念,提出了基于模块化与加载过程可控性的多功能加载试验机的设计思想。然后,对试验机进行模块化的设计,提出了模块的划分、各关键模块的设计方法。最后,提出了试验机的控制模式。试验结果表明:系统能完成童车中相关力加载的全部测试项目,并实现过程的可控性与模块的可扩展性,加载过程的控制值的相对误差<0.25%,卸载过程的控制值的相对误差<0.22%。较好地满足了国内外童车标准中关于力加载部分的测试要求。 A multi-functional loading test machine for testing the stroller is designed in this paper in order to test the strollers according to international standards for stroller.And the modular design method and control mode adopted by the testing machine is studied.First,based on reading and analyzing the stroller standards of all countries,loading test items in the standards have been integrated,and design idea for design multi-functional loading test machine is proposed based on modularization process controllability.Second,the modularized design for the testing machine is carried out and design methods for key modules designing as well as modules partition are present.Finally,control mode for the test machine is put forward.The result show: the system can complete all testing items of loading for strollers and process controllability and module expandability are realized.The relative error of controlling value in loading is less than 0.25% and the relative error in unloading is less than 0.22%,which satisfy well the testing requirements for loading parts stipulated in stroller standards both home and aborad.
