摘要 表面强化技术是用外力使工件表层产生塑性变形,材料晶粒细化,改变其应力状态,提高其表面质量,从而延长金属工件疲劳寿命的有效方法。传统的小孔强化技术作为一种工艺已广泛应用于工业领域,但还难以满足微小孔的强化,激光技术的出现以及发展,提供了一种新的小孔强化工艺—小孔激光喷丸技术。在系统阐述小孔强化技术的发展状况的基础上,提出了小孔激光喷丸强化加工方法,详细阐述了小孔激光喷丸强化技术的原理和加工工艺特点,并对其应用前景和发展趋势进行了综合分析。 Surface Strengthening technology is an effective method to make surface of the workpiece generate plastic deformation by external force,to refine the material grain as well as change the stress status and improve the surface quality.Thus the fatigue life of metal workpieces are prolonged.The traditional strengthologies technologies as a kind of process on deep hole have been widely employed by industrial circles,but it is difficult to satisfy the strengthening of the micro-hole.Laser shot peening is a modern technical tool with the development of laser science and technology.After systematically analyzing the advances on strengthening technologies of deep hole,a novel strengthening technologies process on deep hole by laser shot peening was given.Meanwhile the mechanism and characteristics of strengthening technologies on deep hole machining by laser shot peening is described in detail,and the application prospect and development trend of the technologies are analyzed comprehensively.
