双浮动增速行星齿轮稳定运转前的固有特性分析

Analysis of Nature Characteristic Before Stable Running for a Planet-gear Increaser with Dual-floating Mechanism

摘要 针对高速重载增速行星齿轮机构在达到稳定运转前的情况,建立了采用双浮动均载装置的2K-H型增速行星齿轮机构的动力学模型,以揭示系统的固有特性。该模型建立在纯扭转模型的基础上,并考虑均载机构对行星齿轮机构的影响,以及机构未达到稳定运转之前的实际情况。分析结果表明:此时的增速行星齿轮机构存在中心构件扭转和中心构件平移两种振动模式,最低阶固有圆频率数值减小,中心构件的支撑刚度对最低阶固有圆频率有较大影响。 A dynamic model of a planet-gear increaser(Type 2K-H)——applying to the case of not steady running,which uses the dual-floating load sharing mechanism,is established to reveal the nature frequency of the system.Based on the pure torsional model,considering the influence of the load sharing mechanism and the case of not stable,a new model is established.The result of the analysis shows that there are two vibration modes:the rotational mode of the central members and the translational mode of the central members.The value of the minimum natural frequency decreases,which shows that the support stiffness of the central components has great influence on the minimum natural frequency.
