多轴机床的自动松拉刀机构的锁刀分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 多轴机床加工表面质量好,加工效率高,自动松拉刀机构是多轴机床的关键部件,刀具的锁紧对工件的加工质量起到重要的作用。介绍了采用液压力驱动锁紧刀具,用液压力与机械的自锁保持刀具锁紧状态的方法。对机构的锁紧状态建立数学模型,进行分析计算,并结合实际情况最终确定机构自锁的条件,以保证在电主轴工作时该机构很好的夹紧刀具,确保加工精度及加工的安全性。并依据计算结果,列举了当构件材料确定后,为使机构保持锁刀状态,自动松拉刀机构其角的取值范围。 The products machined by multi-Axis machine are good in surface quality and high in efficiency.Since the automatic clamping and releasing tool is important parts of the Multi-Axis machine,which locking plays an important role in improving machining quality of workpiece.This article introduces the method to lock the tools by hydraulic pressure and mechanical self-locking.Then mathematical model for system's locked state is established.Through calculation and analysis,combined with actual situation,the system self-locking condition is determined eventually to ensure better clamping system when motor spindle is working,and good precision and safety of the process is ensured.According to the results,component materials to maintain the system in locking state are listed as well as the value area of angular of the auto clamping and releasing system.
