摘要
随着对数控机床加工精度要求日益提高,单项几何误差补偿已无法完全满足数控机床的加工精度要求。基于相对误差分解、合成补偿法,开发了三维空间几何误差补偿嵌入式模块。在HNC-8型数控系统中实现了深层次嵌入式的补偿模块集成,并进行了实验验证,结果表明补偿效果明显,可大幅度提高数控机床的加工精度。
With the increase of CNC machine accuracy requirement,single geometric error compensation already cannot satisfy the machining precision of CNC machine.Based on relative error separation,synthetic compensation method,Develops a three-dimensional space geometric error compensation module.Embedded compensation module integration is realized in HNC-8 system,and verified through test.The result proves that the module greatly improves the machining accuracy of the machine with evident compensating effect.
