Sociological Analysis of Training of Innovative People in the Framework of Conflict Theory

创新型人才培养不仅是教育理论与实践方面的问题,而且就我国目前的现状来说,还是一个举足轻重的社会问题。运用社会学冲突范式理论分析了当前我国创新型人才培养提出的社会根源,从文化传统、思维倾向和社会现实视域对创新型人才培养进行社会学分析,最后提出了创新型人才培养应立足于继承创新传统、综合创新思维、构建创新教育、推进教育改革和实施素质教育,从而全面厘清创新型人才培养的原因、现状、目的与价值。

The training of innovative people is both an issue of educational theory and an issue of social development, A sociological analysis is presented on the training of innovative people in the framework of the conflict theory to clarify the goal, value and state of such training, and indicate that good traditions should be carried on, innovative thinking encouraged, reforms promoted and quality education strengthened.
