摘要
分别以SiO2,Al2O3和Al2O3-SiO2复合材料为载体制备了Ni基石油树脂加氢催化剂(Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3和Ni/Al2O3-SiO2),并在微型加氢反应装置上对石油树脂进行加氢脱色活性评价。评价结果表明,Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3和Ni/Al2O3-SiO2催化剂均能达到石油树脂脱色的效果,以Ni/SiO2为石油树脂加氢催化剂的产品软化点下降幅度最小,下降4℃,以Ni/Al2O3-SiO2为石油树脂加氢催化剂得到的加氢石油树脂软化点下降幅度较大。
The Ni-based hydrogenation catalysts(Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3 and Ni/Al2O3-SiO2) with SiO2,Al2O3 and Al2O3-SiO2 composite material as carriers were prepared.In addition,hydrogenated decolorization activity of petroleum resin was evaluated on the micro hydrogenation reactor using above catalysts.The results show that the catalysts of Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3 and Ni/Al2O3-SiO2 can achieve the effect of decolorization petroleum resin.The softening point of hydrogenation petroleum resin with Ni/SiO2 catalysts is the smallest and declined about 4 ℃,while the larger decline is Ni/Al2O3-SiO2.
