摘要
利用红叶臭椿(Ailanthus altissima Swingle,Tree of Heaeven)茎段为外植体,对影响红叶臭椿离体快繁的原因进行了分析。研究结果表明:适宜红叶臭椿的启动培养基为MS+6-BA1mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30g,分化培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L+糖30,生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.3mg/L+蔗糖30g。
Study on the causation affecting Ailanthus altissima Swingle, Treeof Heaeven rapid micropropagation , using stem--segment of Ailanthus altissirna Swingle,Treeof Heaeven as explant.
