摘要
以太原市帝景华府1号高层住宅楼为例,对采用玻化微珠保温砂浆面层替代传统砂浆面层的高层建筑结构在8度抗震设防下的弹性变形阶段的各项地震反应指标进行了对比分析,结果表明,采用玻化微珠保温砂浆面层后,可明显减轻楼房自重,降低结构自振周期,减小结构地震作用,节约建设成本。
Taking No. 1 high-rise residential building at Dijinghuafu complex of Taiyuan as the example, the paper undertakes the comparative a- nalysis of all kinds of seismic response indexes by adopting the vitreous micro-bead insulation mortar layer to take the place of the traditional mor- tar layer in the high-rise structure at the flexible change stage with the 8 degree seismic fortification, and proves by the result that the gravity of the buildings is reduced obviously, the natural vibration period decreased, the seismic effect is lowered and the construction cost is saved after the vitreous micro-bead insulation mortar layer is adopted there.
