摘要
简要介绍了高压辊磨机安装工程的特点及其工艺原理,结合施工流程,着重阐述了基础验收、基座和机架安装、轴承安装、二次灌浆及调试和试运转等关键工序技术要点,并提出了相应的质量控制措施,为今后类似工程提供了参考。
The paper introduces the features of the installation projects of the high-pressure roller mill and its craft principle, mainly illustrates the technical points for the key procedures, such as the foundation acceptance, the installation of the base and the frame, the installation of bear- ings, the secondary grouting, the debugging, and the trial run, and points out respective quality control measures, so as to provide some refer- ence for similar projects in future.
