结合安康市农村公路现状,针对目前该市农村公路存在的各类问题进行了分析,从管养队伍,管理水平,激励机制,创新模式四方面入手探讨了相应的管理及养护措施,指出公路管理与养护应坚持建、管、养并重的原则。

Integrating with rural road status in Ankang city, the thesis analyzes various problems existing in contemporary rural road, explores corresponding management and maintenance measures, starting from four aspects of administration and maintenance team, management level, stimulation mechanism and creative mode, and points out road management and maintenance should stick to the principle of integrating construc- tion and management and maintenance as well.
