结合工作经验,探讨了如何做好工程建设项目管理工作,分别阐述了运行机构的建立,前期方案审查,现场施工准备,成本管理及施工管理等方面工作重点,以确保工程项目质量,安全及工期等建设目标顺利实现。
Combining with the work experience, the paper explores the management in the engineering programs, illustrates some main points, including the establishment of the operation institute, the inspection of the scheme in the preparation period, the preparation for the site field, the cost management and the construction management, so as to ensure the engineering quality, the safety and the construction period.
