快门机构加速寿命试验设计与等效性分析

摘要 对旋转圆盘式快门机构的加速寿命试验进行设计,以固体润滑轴承为重点研究对象,分析影响轴承寿命的因素,把转速作为加速应力。分析机构加速后,轴系动不平衡量带来的动载荷对轴承最大接触应力的影响,建立正常工作寿命和加速寿命的等效关系。分析认为经过动平衡处理后,动载荷对轴承接触应力的影响很小,轴承受力环境没有发生很大变化,可以通过提高转速,加大润滑膜单位时间的磨损次数,来达到加速寿命试验的目的。 In order to design the accelerated life test for a two rotating disk shutter mechanism, this paper takes the solid lubricated ball bearings as the key point of research, analyzes the influence factors of solid lubricated bearing life, and uses the rotating speed as the accelerated stress. It also analyzes the influence of the dynamic load because of the shaft unbalance after the rotating accel- eration on the bearing contact stress and build the equivalence relationship between the real life and the accelerated lifet. Through the balancing test and analysis, we find that the influence of the dynamic load on the bearing contact stress is little and can increase the rotating speed to increase wear times per unit time of the lubricated film and ultimately achieve the goal of accelerated life test.
