摘要
采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对不同剪切间隙下的钢管剪切过程进行了有限元分析,并对分析结果进行讨论,探讨了钢管剪切间隙与剪切质量的关系。通过设置接触类型单元处理模具与钢管的贴合与分离,提高了分析的准确性。
This article uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze steel cutting process under different shear gaps and discusseds the analytic results and the relationship between the shear gap and shearing quality. By setting the contact type unit processing module and pipe joint and separation, the accuracy of the analysis is improved.
