摘要
介绍了齿轮箱监测技术,包括齿轮箱故障诊断技术的发展状况和目前存在的问题、分析了齿轮箱故障发生的振动机理及故障特征,可以通过信号的特征信息对设备故障进行准确判断,并对典型的故障进行分类,最后针对齿轮箱振动信号给出详细的时域和频域分析,为基于网络的齿轮箱远程故障诊断系统研究打好基础。
The paper introduces the tetecting technollgy of the gear case,including its development and existing problems, analyzes the vibration mechanism and the fault signature of the gear case. In order to lay the solid foundation for its remote accurate diagnosis, it arranges the typical faults under categories, and provides a detailed analytic result of time-frequency-domain based on the signal' s feature information.
