摘要
利用Pro/E软件对机械手横梁组件各个部分建模并装配。在此基础之上利用Pro/E自带的分析软件Pro/M对横梁进行了有限元分析,得出了横梁各个零部件的位移和应力,为设计提供了有价值的数据,也为以后的优化设计、疲劳强度的分析提供了参考价值。
The 3-dimension solid models and assembly of manipulator beam components and parts are set up by Pro/Engieer software.On the above basis,this paper carries out the finite element analysis of the beam components in Pro/E own analysis software Pro/Mechanica and gets the displacement and stress datum of the beam various components.The valuable datum are provided for design and the reference value is given to the future optimized design and the fatigue strength analysis.
