摘要
以新疆铁路强风地区某段接触网的四跨绝缘锚段关节为研究对象,基于大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了有限元模型。应用非线性瞬态分析的方法,获得了锚段关节在不同平均风速下的风振响应。根据风振响应分析了锚段关节结构参数对锚段关节防风性的影响。分析结果表明:适当减小接触线截面面积、增大接触线和承力索初始张力可提高锚段关节防风性;承力索截面面积对锚段关节防风性影响较小,承力索初始张力大于14 kN的结构较为适宜。
The paper researches on four-span insulated overlapping sections of the overhead contact wire system in the strong wind area along Xinjiang railway. The finite element model is established by ANSYS and the nonlinear transient analysis method is used to get the wind-induced dynamic responses of different mean wind velocities. This paper also analyzes the influence of joints structure parameters on the windproof performance based on wind-induced dynamic responses. The results show that the windproof perform- ance can be improved by reducing the cross-section area of contact wire and increasing the initial tension of both the contact wire and the messenger cable. But the cress-section area of messenger cable has little effect on the windproof performance of joints. The initial tension of the messenger cablel over 14 kN is the best choice.
