摘要
在实际生产过程当中,由于数控加工的零件品种复杂,采用人工观测,手工记录加工信息,导致影响了加工效率。因此,在数控加工过程中的一些加工信息,采用CAPP系统进行采集,实现对车间底层数控机床的加工工件进度进行监控,使得单人管理多台数控机床加工成为可能。
In the practical production process, due to NC machining complex parts, it has influence on the processing efficiency, by using artificial obsewation, manual recording processing information therefore CAPP system acquisition is used in the process of NC machining information to monitor the progress of the implementation of workshop CNC machining workpiece. It is possible for one person to operate the of multiple CNC machine tools.
