摘要
针对模板工程中钢模跑模、漏浆的危害,分析了造成跑模、漏浆的原因,结合某高速公路箱形通道施工实践,介绍了模板工程中面板,支撑系统,连接件的改进思路及施工方法,从而在保证截面尺寸的同时,减少了木材使用量,并增加了模板整体刚度。
In light of steel formwork shifting and leaking hazards in formwork construction,the paper analyzes the causes of formwork shifting and leaking.Combining with the highway box channel construction practice,it introduces the improving concepts and construction methods of panel,bearing system and connectors in formwork engineering.As a result,it not only guarantees the surface size,but also reduces the wood material consumption and increases overall template rigidity.
