摘要
油页岩中含有一定的微量元素,在油页岩干馏过程中会向其他产物中迁移而污染环境。为了研究油页岩中微量元素微波干馏过程中的挥发行为,对桦甸油页岩进行密度分级,并对油页岩原样及各密度级组分进行干馏试验。微量元素的含量采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)测试。试验结果表明,在微波干馏过程中,桦甸油页岩中的微量元素的挥发率高于常规干馏过程,桦甸油页岩中的微量元素主要富集在无机矿物质中,微波干馏过程中,不同密度级油页岩中的微量元素挥发行为区别不大,富集在无机质中的微量元素也会有较大程度挥发。
Oil shale contain a variety of trace elements besides major elements. Those trace elements are released into environments during retorting, which pollutes the environment and endangers human health. In order to understand trace ele-ment volatilization behavior in oil shale, the microwave retorting experiments in raw and different density oil shales were car- ried out. The experiment results indicate that trace elements volatilizing rate is greater during microwave than conventional re-torting. Trace elements in oil shale are mainly existed in minerals. The volatility of trace elements in different density oil shales has not noticeable during microwave retorting. Trace elements Enrichment in inorganic substance have more volatile.
