组织对J55和X65钢CO_2腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过不同卤水浓度和不同流速下的CO2腐蚀模拟浸泡实验,研究了不同组织钢J55和X65的腐蚀机理。结果表明,在高的卤水浓度和低的流速条件下,两种钢的腐蚀速率相差不大,在低的卤水浓度和高的流速条件下,J55钢的耐蚀性较好。这主要是因为铁素体-珠光体结构的J55钢在腐蚀性比较强的介质中能够形成保护性膜,而贝氏体组织的X65钢则不能形成保护性膜而具有较高的腐蚀速率。
