摘要
目前,离心式水泵在矿山各排水环节应用广泛,矿山主要排水设备常用卧式多级离心式水泵,而井底水窝和采区局部排水则多采用单级离心式潜水泵。针对煤矿井下主要排水系统的现状,主要分析了离心泵在安装使用过程中常见的启动及运行故障产生的原因,并提出了故障处理的一般方法,将对提高水泵设备运行的安全、可靠性和装置效率,保证井下排水设备的高效使用具有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
