摘要
目的探讨麦西来甫对新疆女大学生体成分、围度及心肺机能的健身效果。方法对新疆师范大学体育学院32名女大学生进行12w麦西来甫健身操运动干预,试验前后其体成分、围度及心肺机能各指标并进行前后试验数据对比。结果 32名女大学生试验前后的脂肪、脂肪百分比、胸围、腹围、腰臀比、基础代谢率(BMR)、安静心率、肺活量和最大摄氧量(VO2max)指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01~0.05)。结论麦西来甫健身操练习有减脂塑形、改善心肺机能的作用,可促进新疆女大学生健康水平。
Objective To evaluate the fitness effect value of Maxrap Aerobics on body composition,circumference and cardiopulmonary function of female college students in Xinjiang.Methods There was a Maxrap aerobics exercises intervention for college students,which took 12 weeks.The body tests were performed indicators before and after the experiment,including body composition,circumference,cardiopulmonary function,compared the experimental data before and after test.Results Before and after the experiment,fat,fat percentage,chest circumference,abdominal circumference index changes,waist to hip ratio,basal metabolic rate(BMR),resting heart rate,vital capacity and maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max) index had highly significant differences(P0.05~0.01).Conclusion 12 weeks Maxrap aerobics training can effectively reduce the female college students′ body fat and improve cardiopulmonary function.
