失地农民的社会保障问题研究——以芜湖市郊为例

Research on the Social Security of Landless Peasants——Based on Wuhu Suburbs

妥善安置失地农民,为其提供有力的社会保障,是关心农民切身利益的具体体现,关系到整个社会的稳定和和谐发展。本文从农民失地的原因、失地农民社会保障存在的主要问题等方面进行分析,着重从完善社会保障制度的角度论证,为政府提出合理化建议。

It is not only truly concerned about the interests of peasants but also related to the steady and the harmonious development of the whole society by properly arranging landless peasants and offering them powerful social security. This article puts forward some reference to the government on the improvement of the social security system, basing on the analysis of the causes of the landless of the peasants and the unsolved problems of the social security of the peasants, etc.
