摘要
绩效评价是国防与维稳经济学研究的重要课题,本文在武警部队绩效评价中引入区间数理论,结合层次分析法,利用区间数特征根方法,以武警军需业务人员绩效评价为例,计算了评价指标权重,丰富了武警部队综合评价理论,有利于提高评价的合理性。
Performance evaluation is an important task of defense economics. In this paper, we introduce interval number in performance evaluation of CAPF combine with AHP, we use interval number eigenvalue method, taking the quartermasters performance evaluation for example, and we calculate the weight of the index. This paper abundance the performances evaluate theoretic of CAPF and in favor of the rationality of the evaluation.
