Analysis of Listening & Speaking Assessment for Marine Engineering English

海船船员轮机英语听力与会话评估是轮机工程技术专业学生大证适任考试前必须经历的一次考试,该评估对于提高学生轮机专业英语听说能力、适应将来船上工作环境都具有重要意义。本文通过对轮机英语听力与会话评估进行简单介绍和题型分析,最后提出了评估教学的几点针对性策略。笔者希望,通过本文对轮机英语听力与会话评估考试的系统分析,对轮机专业英语听说教学有所启示。

Listening ＆ Speaking Assessment for Marine Engineering English is the examination for the students majoring in Marine Engineering before they take the final examination for seafarer certificate, which is of great significance for their improvement of English listening and speaking, and also for their adapting to the working environment in future on board. Through introducing the content of the assessment and analyzing the characteristics of the examination questions, the author points out two suggestions for the teachers of this subject. The author hopes that this paper will give enlightenment for our Marine Engineering English Listening ＆ Speaking teaching.
