摘要 目的探讨单羧酸转运泵家族1(MCT1)、CD147(EMMPRIN)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达规律及其在NSCLC发生、发展、预后中的意义。方法取经病理确诊的56例NSCLC患者癌组织、癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm)和20例肺良性病变组织,并将癌旁组和肺良性病变组划为对照组与肺癌组比较,采用免疫组化法和实时荧光定量PCR法检测MCT1、CD147蛋白及mRNA表达,进行定性和定量分析。结果①在NSCLC组织中MCT1、CD147表达均明显高于癌旁组织及肺良性肿瘤差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②MCT1在肺癌细胞膜中表达、CD147表达呈正相关(P<0.05);③MCT1、CD147表达与NSCLC患者的肿瘤组织类型、淋巴转移均有关(P<0.05),另外MCT1(细胞膜)蛋白表达还与肿瘤分化程度及吸烟史有关(P<0.05),MCT1mRNA表达还与肿瘤分化程度有关(P<0.05)。结论在NSCLC患者组织中MCT1、CD147的表达具有显著相关性。 Objective To analyze the expressions of monocarboxylate transports one ( MCT1 ) , CD147 ( EMM- PRIN) mRNA and protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) , and to explore their clinico-pathological value. Methods Tissues of carcinoma and peritumor were obtained from 56 cases of NSCLC and those from 20 patients with benign tumor, in which tissues of peritumor and benign tumor served as a control group, comparing with carcinoma group. Results (1) The expressions of MCT1, CD147 in specimens of NSCLC were higher than those in peritumoral and pulmonary benign diseases tissues (P 〈 0. 05 ) ;(2) Correlation analysis showed that there was significantly positive correlation between MCT1 and CD147 in the lung cancer cell membrane(P 〈0. 05) ;(3) The expressions of MCT1, CD147 were correlated with types of histological and lymph node metastasis statistically (P 〈0. 05) ,in addition, the protein of MCT1 ( in the intercellular substance) was correlated with degree of differentiation and smoking ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and the mRNA of MCT1 was correlated with degree of differentiation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion There are statistical correlation between the expressions of MCT1, CD147 in NSCLC.
