摘要
分别以HC-Ⅱ法及荧光原位杂交(FISH)法检测109例不同级别宫颈病变患者宫颈脱落细胞中高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染情况及c-myc基因扩增情况,结果显示宫颈脱落细胞中c-myc基因的扩增率、高危型HPV的感染率与宫颈病变程度密切相关,高危型HPV感染和c-myc基因扩增在宫颈癌的发生发展中可能起着协同作用。
The amplification of c-myc gene and HR-HPV infection in 109 cases cervical cast-off cell specimens of cervical lesion were detected by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and hybrid capture II ( HC- II ). There was a close correlation between HR-HPV infection rate, c-myc gene amplification rate and cervical lesion degree. High-risk HPV infection and c-myc gene amplification may play a synergistic role in the development of cervical cancer.
