灵芝孢子粉镇痛和抗突变作用的实验研究

Studies on Analgesic and Anti mutagenic Effects of Spore of Ganoderma Lucidum

为研究灵芝孢子粉的镇痛和抗突变作用。连续 7天每天经口灌胃分别给予小鼠 2 0、32 0mg/kg的灵芝孢子粉 ,用热板法、水浴法和化学刺激法检测灵芝孢子粉对小鼠的镇痛作用。连续 10天每天经口灌胃给予小鼠 2 0、80、32 0mg/kg的灵芝孢子粉 ,用小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变试验检测灵芝孢子粉对环磷酰胺 (CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变的抑制作用。结果可见灵芝孢子粉引起小鼠温痛反应时间延长 ,扭体次数减少。灵芝孢子粉对环磷酰胺 (CP)诱发的小鼠骨髓染色体畸变有抑制作用 ,并有明显的剂量—效应关系。

Analgesic and anti mutagenic effects of spore of ganoderma lucidum were studied.Methods:Mice were treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 7 days at doses of 20 and 320mg/kg,and analgesic effects were then detected.Mice were treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 10 days at doses of 20,80 and 320mg/kg,and antimutagenic effects were then detected.Results: obvious analgesic effect was found in mice treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum for 7 days at the doses of 20mg/kg and 320mg/kg.Chromosome aberration induced by CP was inhibited obviously in mice treated with spore of ganoderma lucidum in a dose dependent manner.
