摘要
以灰度归一化相似性度量值构建统一配准模型,实现显微镜下2D图像全局拼接.算法通过统一配准模型将图像配准过程与全局移位参数的获取过程结合在一起,用待配准图片的2个模板子图同时在已配准两幅相邻图片中进行搜索,寻找最佳拼接位置,最后使用2D灰度调整、图像融合算法修整图像.算法减少了一般全局拼接算法的非线性模型求解过程,提高了拼接速度,达到较好的拼接图像效果.
A global 2D microscope image mosaic by the unified alignment model of gray-scale normalized similarity measure was constructed.Combined the image registration process and acquisition process of global displacement parameters together,algorithm searches two template subgraphs simultaneously in matched two adjacent pictures to match the best mosaic position.Finally,trims picture by 2D grayscale adjustment and image fusion.Algorithm reduces solution process of nonlinear model of the global mosaic,improves the mosaic speed,and achieves better image quality.
