摘要
将聚氨酯与免烫树脂复配,代替单纯的树脂整理,对纯棉薄织物进行强力和平整度的测试.讨论了焙烘温度,树脂整理剂用量,聚氨酯EPD用量对整理效果的影响.结果表明,在焙烘温度为145℃,树脂整理剂F-Cl用量为30g/L,聚氨酯EPD用量为40g/L时,其整理效果最佳.
Blending polyurethane with easy-caring resin instead of only resin finishing to be applied to the light cotton fabric,its strength and the flatness were tested.The effect of curing temperature,usage of resin finishing agent and polyurethane EPD on the finishing was discussed.The results showed that the effect of finishing is best when the curing temperature is 145℃,the usage of resin agent F-Cl and polyurethane EPD is respectively 30g/L and 40g/L.
