摘要
为了改善化学防砂技术在应用过程中的效果,开展了环氧树脂乳液固砂性能研究。以环氧树脂、自制乳化剂为原料,采用相反转法,合成了具有较低黏度的环氧树脂水乳液。通过室内模拟固砂实验发现,采用环氧树脂乳液固砂,固结的岩心强度高、渗透性好,抗压强度可达5MPa,且具有良好的耐油、耐水性能。
To improve chemical sand control result in field applications,the sand consolidation performance of epoxy resin emulsion has been studied by using low viscosity epoxy resin emulsion prepared with epoxy resin and self-made emulsifier through phase inversion method. In-door sand consolidation experiments has discovered that the cores consolidated by epoxy resin emulsion exhibit high strength and good permeability,with compressive strength reaching 5 MPa,showing good resistance to both oil and water.
