摘要
心肌纤维化(MF)是多种心脏疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理改变,是心肌重构的主要表现之一。这种病理变化存在于多种心血管疾病中,与心律失常、心力衰竭等疾病密切相关。转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)在MF的发生和发展中起着重要作用。TGF-β/Smads信号通路是TGF-β发挥生物学作用的主要通路,其分子组成与分子调节复杂,现将它在MF发生和治疗中应用前景作一综述。
Myocardial fibrosis (MF) is a common pathological change that a variety of cardiac diseases develop to a certain stage, which is one of the main performance of myocardial remodeling. This pathological change exists in many cardiovascu- lar diseases and associates with arrhythmia, heart failure and other closely related diseases. Transforming growth factor- β(TGF-β) plays an important role in the occurrence and development of MF. TGF-β/Smads signal pathway is the major pathwayin which TGF-β plays a biological role, and its molecular compo- sition and molecular regulation are complex. In this paper, the signal pathway in the treatment of MF and its application are reviewed.
