调肝活血法治疗糖尿病探讨

Treating diabetes with the method of regulating the liver function to activate blood flow

肝脏功能的改变与糖尿病的发生发展有着密切的联系，长期的精神刺激导致情志失调，精神抑郁，使肝失疏 泄，气郁化火，火灼阴津或肝主流泄太过，肾主封藏失职，导致火炎于上，津液泄于下，从而导致糖尿病发生发展。肝的功 能失调还可通过影响肺、胃（脾）、肾的功能来引发“三消”之症。而糖尿病病情迁延不愈，气郁日久，气滞血瘀或气郁化火， 火灼阴津日甚致机体正气虚弱又可加重糖尿病病情并引发其并发症的发生发展。故临床上治疗糖尿病从调肝活血入手， 适当配合润肺、理脾、滋肾之法，可取得较好的疗效，并在预防和治疗糖尿病并发症方面起着不可忽视的作用。

The transformation in the liver's function is closely related to the occurence and development of diabetes. The extended time of spiritual stimules results in emotionol disorder or distress,thus creating the liver's dysfuntion in purging, a fever due to emotiond distress, and the liver's dysfunction in essence - storing.
