HPLC法测定盐酸格拉司琼片剂的含量

Determination of Granisetron Hydrochloride Tablets by HPLC

目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸格拉司琼片中盐酸格拉司琼的含量。方法 :用Spherisorb -CN柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,以甲醇 - 0 0 5mol·L-1醋酸钠缓冲液 -三乙胺 (70∶30∶0 2 5 ,用冰醋酸调pH至 7)为流动相 ,用紫外检测器于 30 1nm波长处检测。结果 :线性范围为 0 0 0 5～ 0 0 15mg·mL-1(r =0 9996 )。平均回收率为 99 44 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =3)。检测限为 0 0 5 μg·mL-1。结论 :本法具有操作简便 ,分析快速准确。

Objective:A HPLC method was established for the determination of granisetron hydrochloride in its tablets.Method:Granisetron hydrochloride can be separated on Spherisorb-CN column with a mixture of methyl alcohol,0 05 mol·L -1 acetate buffer and triethylamine(70∶30∶0 25)as mobile plase and detected at 301 nm.The flow rate was 1 0 mL·min -1 .Results:The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 0 005～0 015 mg·mL -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0 999 6 The average recovery was 99 44% and 1 16% respectively The detection limit was 0 05 μg·mL -1 .Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.
