高效液相色谱法测定海福胶囊吡啶酸铬含量

Determination of Chromium Picolinate in Have Capsule by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定海福胶囊中吡啶酸铬的含量。方法 :以甲醇 - 0 0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(15∶85 )为流动相 ,于 2 6 5nm波长处以外标法测定。结果 :线性范围 1～ 10 μg·mL-1。在此范围内 ,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好 (r=0 9995 )。吡啶酸铬的平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD为 0 2 2 % (n =5 )。结论 :本法灵敏、准确、快速。

Objective:Setting up a HPLC method for the determination of chromium picolinate in Have capsule.Method:The samples were extracted in methanol by ultrasonic agitation and determined by HPLC using methabnol-0 02 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4(15∶85)as mobile phase with UV detection at 265 nm.Results:The established method was linear in the range of 1～10 μg·mL -1 with good reproducibility and the average recovery was 99 1% with 0 22% of RSD ( n =5).Conclusion:The HPLC method was sensitive,simple and accurate.
