摘要
人力资源是高校结构体的重要组成部分,构成高校核心竞争力的基本要素。本文通过对西部地方高校的调研,发现多数地方高校人力资源管理现状不容乐观,集中体现为:管理不科学,评估机制不健全,缺乏激励机制,高校间缺乏合作。由此,作者提出加强高校核心竞争力的若干措施,包括加强人文关怀,树立人力资本观念,重视人力资源开发,建立和完善人才流动机制,优化人力资源配置。本研究不仅客观再现了目前地方高校人力资源管理的主要问题,其对提高大学核心竞争力也极具有理论意义和现实意义。
The author proposes several measures to strengthen university's core competence, which includes offering more humanistic concern, establish the concept of human capital, paying attention to human resource development, building and perfecting mechanism of personnel flow, and optimizing human resource allocation. This research presents the main problems in local university human resource management, which is of theoretical and realistic meaning to improve university's core competence.
