速度相关摩擦力条件下曲面接触问题有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 在弹性范围内对速度相关摩擦力条件下的曲面接触问题进行研究,给出有限元混合求解方法,用FORTRAN编制计算程序,并以直齿圆柱单齿对啮合模型为例在平面应力和准静态条件下进行求解,计算结果表明:速度对摩擦力的作用影响到接触力的分布与啮合节点对的接触状态,考虑速度对摩擦的影响对于接触的准确求解是必要的。用Ansys对所给算例进行验证,结果表明本文算法和编制程序的正确性。 The mixed finite element algorithm is used to solve contact problems coupling with friction decided by velocity for curved surface in elastic field.The computational procedure is designed with the aid of Fortran language,and the technique is employed to account for the contact problems of one pair of meshing teeth in the plane stress and quasi-static situation.The result indicates that the influence of velocity on friction affects the distribution of contact force as well as the meshing node pair’s contact status,and the consideration of the relation between velocity and friction is essential for the contact problem solutions.Ultimately the example is validated by the Ansys software.
